Melinda's Why

To Make an Impact and Inspire Others to Grow through Coaching & Development

My “why” might sound non-traditional, but that’s exactly what makes me different.

I’m not here just to build a business, although that’s part of the outcome. I’m here to reach the people who are looking for something more. Some of them know it, Others do not, until we talk. And then, they feel it. That quiet part inside them that says, “This is what I’ve been needing.”

I coach because I see the people who don’t always shine right away. The ones who want growth but haven’t had the right support to get there. The ones who are hungry, but quiet. Or tired. Or unsure. And especially in this industry, they often get overlooked.

Let’s be honest, most leadership in sales-driven industries is still transactional.
“What have you done?”
“Who have you called?”
“What can we help you close?”

But I go deeper than that. I always have.

Because I’ve been on the other side. I’ve sat in the sales meetings. I’ve asked the vulnerable questions and watched as they got brushed off or shut down. I’ve been that person, wanting to ask questions, having ideas, being shut down and unsure of how many more times I could raise my hand before I stopped asking altogether.

And once you stop asking questions, you stop growing.

You start relying on what’s worked before. You get stuck. And worst of all, you start to believe that maybe you’re not meant for more.

That’s what I’m here to change.

I help people tap back into their drive, their confidence, and their potential. I help them remember that they’re capable of more and I give them the structure, insight, and support to get there.

This isn’t just for sales consultants, it’s for leaders too.
Because managers can’t just manage anymore. They have to lead. They have to connect. They have to develop their teams in a way that inspires growth, not just tracks activity.

My why is simple:
I coach the way I always wished someone would have coached me, deeply, honestly, and with the kind of care that creates transformation.

And I believe we can build a better sales culture, one conversation, one leader, and one breakthrough at a time.
