Hi, I’m Melinda McLaren. Born and raised in Weyburn, Saskatchewan, I’ve always had a natural pull toward people. Even as a kid, I thrived in spaces where I could connect, inspire, and lead. That spark never left, it evolved into a passion for helping others grow. Now based in North Battleford, SK, I bring 20 years of hands-on sales and leadership experience, most of it in the automotive industry, alongside a deep understanding of human behavior, mindset, and communication. Today, I coach from a different place: one rooted in self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and real-world leadership. I don’t teach scripts or pressure tactics. I teach people how to lead themselves first. How to overcome self-doubt, speak with confidence, and connect with purpose, so they can lead, sell, and serve in a way that actually feels aligned.
